This is Immaculate Conception in Montclair, the parish church of Yogi Berra’s family for many years. Berra died more than five years ago, but I’m thinking about him today, with a bright filter, because the Yankees and Mets are in Florida playing baseball again this spring. Is life slowly returning to normal? During a recent visit to Montclair, I found the streets a bit haunted.
