💕The Key to Taping ✏️Make sure you can see the inside edge of the tape or gel pads. If you cannot see the inside edge clearly, that indicates you tape or gel pads are too close to the eye. 💻Proper Taping 1. Cut (4) 2-inch piece of tape 2. Use 2 (or 3) pieces of tape per eye to form a wide X. Instead of applying more tape to cover loose lashes, readjust your tape instead. 3. Outside corners get taped first, then inside corners. You must remember this goes above the nose and not the edge of the eye. 4. If you need to contain the little lashes poking out in the X apply a third piece of tape in the middle, just make sure the piece of tape is small and thin. The more tape you use the bulkier it will be. 5. If the lid sags or of you need to lift the lashes, place the tape on the lid and pull up attaching the tape above the eyebrows. 6. Replace the tape or gel pads if the client’s watery eyes are making application difficult….
