Sad news this weekend as current GORGOROTH and former OBITUARY bassist Frank Watkins is dead at the age of 47. He had been battling cancer and reportedly passed away Sunday morning (Oct.18).
Watkins left OBITUARY in 2010 in a bitter way and was eventually replaced by Terry Butler. In 2007, Watkins was invited to join Norwegian black metal band GORGOROTH. He assumed the name Bøddel, which means…
