once he gets the camera set up, has a LOT of pictures of you - he's a nostalgic guy and likes to have keepsakes!!

you like music? you're "performing" with him now. no you don't get a choice and no it doesn't matter if you're good or not it's about fun

(if you ARE good tho?? he is HYPED and if you are shy about it they will be insufferable until you do a song with him at least once)

because I don't see enough of him and as someone who is constantly told I emulate the 80s by most people I meet, I am qualified

Goes by he/they pronouns once he's explained that it's an option. he always preferred he over they but they still enjoy "they" as a pronoun (he has pride flags in his hair. I refuse to take criticism)

was raised by his grandmother since he was a kid, his mother was a 60s time capsule and his father was a 50s one

they passed in a freak geocache accident when he was young

loves LOVES showing you movies/music from his time

and if you already know them?? he's ELATED (you have to watch the movies with them anyways though. WILL pout with no shame if you don't want to)

Enjoys comedy movies the most

ABSOLUTELY stole the guitar pose bit from the characters from one of his favourite movies: Bill Etch. Preston, Esquire and Ted Theodore Lockgan (an etch-a-sketch and a bike lock who go on time travel adventures)

Not a fan of horror, in fact kind of a baby about it (is scared of ghosts the most)

not a huge fan of sci-fi either but swears you to secrecy about it because so much iconic sci-fi came out then

but LOVES any cult classic, like the movie about a gang of vamp-tires called "Lost Boys"

Once he gets over the whole ghost thing, him, Zoey, and Rainey like to listen to music together

Likes talking to Rainey about music from the 20s (reminds him of listening with his grandmother)

is fairly soft-spoken, overall. only gets loud when he's freaked out or excited

likes the Hanks but they also are very overwhelming for him

Part Two

Rainey and him have a cool older neighbour/cool aunt dynamic

she also gets him on a level most of the other objects don't

him and Zoey talk a lot about the 80s and it even helps her regain some of her memories

he's more than excited to share some of the things he's learned trying to catch up to the times

loves just sharing information tbh

loves smashing words together to fit their mood - has no shame in how cringe they get

starts off with picking at their nails until you suggest a fidget. isn't quite sure what you mean until you give him one. takes a few tries to find something they like but you both settle on him fiddling with a rubiks cube. retro AND a good thing to play with

likes to hand it off to Barry to watch him solve it while rambling on about whatever new thing he's interested in

mesmorizes him - Barry doesn't even look at it as he moves it this way and that to solve it before handing it back and continuing "and then I found out that turtles breathe through their butts! can you believe that?? I had to some research but I learned that candy jewelry hit its peak in the 80s. You know he had a fun time with that.

Decora fashion and the 80s aesthetic aren’t anywhere near the same, but they share some DNA in the way that they’re both super colorful and maximalist. He’d dig it.

He’d be so interested in the decora thing. He’s always admiring all of the accessories you have and saying how radical it all looks.
