this is just my vent blog for my relapse. ive had an e/d on and off for 6 years, but i want you to know i want you to be okay. recovery is not linear and that’s okay. don’t hate yourself for hurting. feel free to message me if you need to talk/vent/etc., but please know i will never encourage anyone to hurt themselves.

i have autism, a system, and an e/d (obviously) among many other things & this blog is VERY triggering so proceed with caution.

i just want someone to tell me a single reason to prove i’m not unlovable.

im so fucking anxious and overwhelmed by this osdd stuff everyone is talking and i cant tell who's who and i dont know whos talking and everyone's telling me different shit im so anxious im going to fuck up im already fucking up i feel like theyre all counting on me to do the right thing but i cant even get through a regular day let alone a day dealing with everyone elses input jfc

im so disassociated that i cant even feel it when i touch my other hand
