Day 7-8 Amazon
It was pretty fun to draw her. I was picking up her colors too long and choose green and violet. And aah, it's hard to draw on little paper sheets without having little brush.. I had to redraw mermaid face on the correction stage but now it looks ok.
Day 21-22 Shining
I thought about Northen Light when i read "shining" and drew this picture. I wanted to draw a woman or a young lady at firts, but chose a baby. The sketch of baby was better XD.
It was cool to draw ice things and killer whale tail, haha.
Day 19-20 Twins I found one artwork with interesting pose and wanter to draw something like this. But i change poses and drew these twins girls. I thought about color pallete for long.. And i remembered that i have shiny paints. I used it to draw their tails (photo can't show gloss) but it looks nice in real life.
Day 2-3 - Pussycat
I drew a pussycat!! It's a mermaid who has tail of fur seal (in russian it souds like sea cat) and she has rim with cat ears, so cute. This time i used only 4 colors as i remember. I tried only 3 but it's hard. So here is the picture!
Day 23-24 Throne
I had some ideas for this day, but chose this one. Just a king on the throne. He is sitting in old underwater castle. Little lazy artwork, meh.
Day 17-18 Fire
And here comes the unexpected SpongeBob. The only place where water and fire are revered was this series, as far as my memory serves, haha. In the mini-storyline, this mermaid was dumped by her boyfriend and that's how she ended up in Bikini Bottom. She just sits there watching the fire together with SpongeBob.
Moreover, something strange started happening exactly on this sheet of paper. It seems like there's an issue with the gluing. Sadly, I thought it would go without surprises.
Day 9-10 Flower I didn't want to draw something regular with flowers. I decided to draw freshwater mermaid. And somebody (fisher or passerby) gave her wreath of flowers. Initially i wanted to drew fishing nets and make the plot darker but didn't it.
Day 5-6 - Harp I drew this girl with harp. The sketch was so cool, but now the result has less life. It's ok. The mermaid girl has light hair and tail and now i think she might be an albino. Also my camera ate some colors on her tail and hair, sadly, i added it on correction stage.
