Timoteo is undoubt the most pathetic of the manipulative old man I know, I like to say he is a old king clingling to his power like a leach.
Dumbledore and Hiruzen earned their positions at least.
Timoteo was handed over the world in a silver plate, I wonder if thats why he is so prideful, greedy and petty. Xanxus, the bastard son of a whore is better than his sons.
Tsuna, at 5, has stronger Sky Flames.
At least his spoiled brats of heirs are dead, thats good. Vongola will be Tsuna's.
He is a cunning and ruthlessness man, married to his work and probally trying to get more power by getting everyone to bow to his Will or broken or dead. He is controlling family man with a fake grandfatherly persona.
Trapping everyone to make Vongola 'stronger', he probally likes children because they are moldable.
Just like he trapped both Xanxus and Tsuna under his control, while poisoning them.
Sawada Tsunayoshi, the child he abused and sealed and wanted to kill, taking over his precious Famiglia probally makes him bitter. Thats why he makes Tsuna and his friends's lives hell.
Hurting everyone and pretending he did nothing, demanding family and forgiveness, sacrificing everyone for his Famiglia like a puppet master.
Treating his own blood family like toys he can discard if they are not longer useful or don't fit his mold or snatch when he wants.
Forcing more people to join his 'family' unwilling, uncaring of their own desires and wishes and happiness. Pissing so many people, his own allies and family and subordinates, because he never listens to reason.
Treating his own loyal allies and underbosses (Dino is 100% a puppet and Xanxus was betrayed and lied to) ungrateful. He is not a man worth trust or loyalty.
Upset when other people have things he doesn’t, or are stronger and more powerful, accustumed to begin the top dog.

I had some ideas for this day, but chose this one. Just a king on the throne. He is sitting in old underwater castle. Little lazy artwork, meh.
The Statue from the Mausoleum is either the Old King Doran in his Younger Days or maybe the Old Hero before he Cut his Hair Off...
