How advanced is body craft?

How deep of a change can one perform on their own being?

We know that it could go as far as modifying one's own biology (presumably) because of Isabeau and who he has become in conjunction with who he was.

Can one modify their own DNA if skilled enough?

More specifically, skilled enough to be capable of changing their own inner workings such as how much one can process, how much one can absorb and/or expel.

Damn, wish I could use body craft

Dunno what I'd make myself look like, but the ability to change your gender on a whim (decision wise) sounds very nice to me.

Wait. Can you body craft yourself into things other than a human?

This is a valid question actually...

Maybe you could even use wish craft to influence your body craft

Could you influence your wish in a way that makes you just instantly change the way you look? I have no idea, but I have so many questions now.
