"This man was presented with abdominal pain for 3 days. He was in severe pain and despite that he was reluctant to visit the ER. 

CT with contrast was done to rule out other causes. Multiple radio opaque objects were seen all of them with similar morphology and density and were seen in the left hemicolon. One of these objects was sharp enough to actually puncture his rectum, and hence causing the severe abdominal pain.

After suregry more than 45 drug pellets were recovered - an expensive surprise! "
