Full Body Workout By @nadergains _ If you're just starting out, a full body workout is fantastic. _ Why? . Here's 3 reasons why it's great: - 1. Research shows training frequently produces more muscle growth compared to just training one muscle once per week. (Schoenfeld et al 2015, McLester et al 2000, Wernbom et al 2007) - 2. If you're too busy and use time as an excuse, then a full body is perfect as it needs less time. _ 3. Great for "fast gains". If your workout is comprised of mainly compound movements, then you'll get stronger and bigger in a much shorter time than if you were just to do a bro split. _ If you want to follow this routine, you can do it twice a week with a day off in between workouts. - or - 3 times a week with a day off in between. - You can alternate with other exercises or switch between barbells and dumbbells. _ All in all, if you're just starting out, or just busy, this is a great way to make gains without sacrificing too much time. _ Have you ever tried a full body routine before? - If you're looking for workouts, visit my bio link! - #bodybuildingroutine #fullbody #routines #gym https://www.instagram.com/p/BtEFEauhFu8/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=gi648mn7xikd
