2MONTHS BODY CHALLANGE
Day 2 — What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)
i want to lose weight becouse i want to feel better in my skin. i want to feel pretty. i want to bo confident in swimewear, i want to wear tops and shorts, i want to be proud of my body!
also, i want to feel healthy, and not just feel, to actually be healthy. i used to had a bulimia and i felt like shit, but now i want to fix that, i want to feel amazing and healthy!
fingers crossed that i won't give up and reach my goall!:))
2 MONTHS BODY CHALLANGE
Day 1 — How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what to you hope to weigh after 60 days? (Be realistic)
so my height is: 163cm-5feet 4,17inches
my starting weight was: 60kg-132lbs, but i started with healthy life before i made this blog and started this challange, so now i have 54kg, this is about 119lbs :)
and my goal?well i want to have 49kg,which is something like 108lbs:)
i can do it, i know i can! i just hope i won't lose my hope and motivation:)
oh and i almost forgot-i said that i will post my daily exercises too-so today i run for about 45minutes, that was actually it haha. i will workout more tomorrow, i promise!
