Making some progress, even though today didn't feel as good. Very excited to be using a new smart scale that determines muscle, body water, body fat, etc. compared to the weight scale I was borrowing before. I should note that though decently accurate from what I've looked up, all scales have some error, so I'm not taking anything too directly. I also weigh myself in the morning except the day I first got it, Mar 7, so the subtracted weight of almost 4 lbs in 4 days is definitely skewed... However, today compared with the past few days I've been losing weight, gaining skeletal muscle, and losing body fat, so I'm happy with the consistency. I am getting somewhere.
