Hey everyone, sorry for the repost, but now that I have it back, I figured I’d just post it on main!

Anyway, hope everyone's having a solid start to the day. I'm working from home today, so | went for a quick run earlier. Heart was pushing over 190 bpm the whole time, got a little dizzy not gonna lie haha.

Figured l'd record it after with a breath hold, and you can see it pounding under the stethoscope and in my tummy!
