These Bokken are crafted from stout hardwood and are ready tools for your practicing and mastering of the Japanese sword arts. These tsubas is made from tough plastic and are held in place with tight fitting rubber habaki collars. Knotted ito cords of nylon give the practitioner an improved grip that better approximates a real katana.
I used to have weak forearms and wrists especially my right wrist until I start doing some Japanese swords drills as a daily arm workout with my bokken. Drastic improvement with my wrists and forearm strength. Can't wait to learn more!#stuntlife #stuntwoman #japanesesworddrills #bokkens #strongwristandforearms #elitetrainer #gymnast #athlete
To be honest, I'm a bit of a sword geek. I love swords with a burning passion. So I'm proud to announce the acquisition of two new red oak bokkens, Bykthra and Mishna. Bykthra is a heavenly word which I'm probably not going to understand unless you can find me someone who's gifted in translating Tongues xP (my pentecostal roots are showing). On the other hand, Mishna is a Hebrew word that can translate to either Repetition or Secondary, making it extremely appropriate for a left-hand sword. Anyways, I'm in love with them both. I look forward to training with them! <3 That is all
