in black and white bcz that's what i feel with every rewatching when i see Tina being chosen for her attire and gesture 'very feminine' unlike Anjali.

Rahul is a free guy and he can have his choice. If Tina matches his criteria that's neither Tina's defective decision nor Rahul's defect in his way of looking at things. It's just a hollow feeling for Anjali-like girls bcz they've chosen to 'being themselves' but that also carries the meaning to men like Rahul that girls like Anjali personality can't even have guy like Rahul. Guys like Rahul don't change. It's Anjali girls have to be changed. How can i like it being ine of them?!!

It's the trigger point made by the script writer who came up with this cheap idea.

And i'd say Shah Rukh and Rani both actually presented this so extremely conservative perspective of viewing woman by their attire and gestures with so much modesty that fans actually denounce that characters instead of blaming the writer of such concept!

SRK-Rani as Rahul-Tina is their first journey of fabulous togetherness as on-screen jodi and now being the National Award winner - they've come a long way. A whole generation has grown with them.

Audinece are lucky.

Fans are blessed to have the opportunity to see them, their charismatic journey parallely and together.

Yet this little thorn will forever be there like a drop of sour in a full bucket of milk.
