Previous Chapter
Today was just one of the nerve-racking mornings. My mind ran a mile and a half in a minute and the fact that I did not sleep for the past few nights made me so irritable that I might lose my mind.
At night, the same dream keeps replaying. I see memories, good and bad running through my mind. I see people, like smears on a canvas, but there is always his face. Smiling, with his ever so loving eyes. All our talks during our dates…
Anyway, I should not be focused on that. I need to be able to rest, since we need to go back to Ravi to show our solution.
“Di?”
“Yeah, what’s up?”
“I don’t think you should come with me to see Ravi.”
“Why not?”
“Why? You haven’t slept in days. If you keep going like this, you’ll drive yourself insane.”
“Who’s to say I’m not already there?”
“Di… please, listen to me. You need to rest.”
“Okay, I’ll go for a walk and maybe it will tire me enough so I can finally take a nap. Happy, Nikku?”
“Di, don’t call me Nikku.”
“Why Nikku, is there a problem?”
“…Fine, I’ll stop. It was fun while it lasted.”
I went to my room to get ready to take a walk, while Nikhil started preparing for dinner.
As soon as I left the house, I went back to the fort. I sat on the wall, looking at the sky for hours, hoping that peace would come. I stayed long enough that I started getting shivers, since the air got colder, and on the way back, I was lost in my thoughts that I crashed into someone and before I could say something, they were gone.
It was a man, but… it felt like I knew that person. As if it was meant to be.
Just as I was about to leave, I saw a flower pendant on the floor, the kind of flower that was so beautiful and delicate, most impressive and well taken care of. It was made of glass and reflected so beautifully against the dusk light.
“I am going to give this back, but how?”
The man, who I thought had left came back. However, when he came back, he looked more like a young man.
“Excuse me, can I have that back?”
“Yeah, sure. It’s beautiful.”
“Yeah, it’s my brother’s.” As soon as he finished talking, his phone rang and on the other side I could hear another man, telling him to come home.
“That pendant... is that a wild rose?”
“Yeah, how did you know that?”
“I used to take care of a garden... They were planted by the owner.”
“Okay, thank you again”
“For what? Not stealing this?”
He chuckled lightly, pocketing the pendant with a quiet reverence that seemed to speak volumes about its significance. As he turned to leave, his stride steady but unhurried, I found myself rooted to the spot, caught in an inexplicable pull of curiosity and familiarity. The twilight deepened, the air around us heavy with unwritten stories, and though I should have left, I stayed, watching him disappear into the distance, wondering if fate’s hand had just brushed against mine. There was something about his presence, fleeting yet profound, that lingered, leaving me with a quiet ache and a question I didn’t dare voice aloud: who was he truly? And why does it feel like I know him?

Making of Gerua | Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan | Dilwale | A Rohit Shetty Film
Chennai express having a kinda fierce feisty woman lead and the most pathetic wet cat of a male lead. And they banter till they fall in love in the most bollywood way possible.
The movie has its flaws but it's funny to me. Srk Dp really are that golden pair. SLB please get them together in one of your cinematic masterpieces. Pretty please.
After Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff to star together in another film!!
The next film in which they would be seen together will also see them play men in uniform, just like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan .
Akshay and Tiger are a part of the ensemble cast of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the third film in the Singham franchise and the next film in the filmmaker’s cop universe after Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba and Sooryavanshi.
Akshay was always a part of Singham Again as Sooryavanshi. It is a norm now for all three characters – Singham, Simmba and Sooryavanshi – to unite in all the cop dramas of Shetty. And last year, it was revealed that Tiger Shroff would be an additional cast member in Singham Again and that he would be playing an ACP (Assistant Commissioner of Police) named Satya.
