We like to talk all of our guests through the agricultural history of the region, cultural and gastronomic traditions over the last 1000 years as well providing an overview of the production methods of the most important foods. We then go off to the markets and delis for tastings that could only be described as ‘abundant’, during which we taste some of the region’s rarest products.
