📢 TURN UP THE VOLUME📢 I should be posting about @stephen.cerone handmade pasta adventures (and I promise I will) but I arrived to teach the class with this incredibly enticing aroma of sweet, sticky malt and the freshly-baked sourdough spelt bread that had just come out of the oven. The problem was, that for the next few hours during the class and at a particular spot in the kitchen, the incredible aroma kept wafting up my nose. So, after I kept commenting on the mouthwatering smell, Stephen had no other choice than to cut through the beautifully crunchy crust and moist crumb. I did have to put pasta on standby for a moment while I stood in awe of sourdough. I was honoured to have been able to take the other half home with me.
