I’ve always felt the need to be cautious about letting myself rely on someone even for the smallest of things, I don’t want someone to know when I need them... to admit when I need them because it hurts twice as much when you’re left feeling like they’ve let you down.
That regardless of how fiercely independent you want people to think that you are, sometimes there are moments that you need reassurance, reassurance that you’re still wanted, still desirable.
Letting my guard down and allowing myself to be vulnerable has never been easy, it’s also absolutely terrifying..
When you’ve spent the most part of your day at the beach and you should probably do cleaning, possibly even brush your hair but you just can’t be forked....
