I don’t eat carnitas that often, but when I’m in City Terrace, it’s hard to resist one of my favorite simple dishes. I’d write the name of the spot, but I know at least a few locals that would be pissed at me if I did. Left taco has cachete and maciza; right is pura maciza. #bombcarnitas #eastsider
