Firefighters Train To Recognize Explosives This Weekend With Live Explosions
As a part of the 2024 Sandhills Regional Fire & Rescue College being held this weekend one of the classes being held is Bombs For First Responders.
Being taught by two Agents with ATF, the class prepares first responders how to recognize various components and compounds that are available publicly that may be used in assembling an explosive device.
As a part of the class students assembled at the Larry R. Caddell Public Safety Training Center Sunday morning where the ATF agents set off devices made using different components including dynamite and C4.
