Haunted Adventures {Bomi&Soohyun}

A contented sigh left Soohyun’s lips as he zipped up his suitcase again, the item he had been looking for earlier now safely tugged into the pocket of his pants, and as he straightened up and left his room, the corners of his mouth were tilted upwards in an amused grin. As soon as he had landed on Hawaii, had seen the beautiful scenery, the endless ocean, and had witnessed the overall peaceful atmosphere, he had had this idea, and it was time to put his plan into action now. Using his phone to search the internet, he had looked for suitable places around, and had found that there were actually quite many, which had made it rather easy for him to find one that seemed perfect: scary, not too short, and interesting in general. Therefore he had quickly searched his things for the coupons Bomi had given him for his birthday - he wasn’t why he had brought them with him on this trip in the first place, but now he was glad that he had -, and was currently on the way to find her to actually redeem one of them: the one that said “someone to keep you company inside a haunted house”.

Luckily for him, he found her in the hotel lobby right away, so he walked up to her quickly, then tapped her shoulder to get her attention. “Bomi!”, he said, sounding even happier than usual. “It’s good to see you. You know, I have something for you right… here.” Then he pulled out the coupon, holding it out towards her with the amused grin still on his lips. Without giving her the chance to say anything, he went on, “I did some research on the internet, and I have found the perfect place. Not only is there more than one house that is supposedly haunted, the whole property is actually supposed to be haunted. The locals think that people really died there, and that there are real ghosts among the actors.” The tone of his voice was deep and quiet, barely above a whisper, all traces of happiness seeming to have disappeared as he narrowed his eyes, hoping that that would add to the spookiness.
