ok So i’m doing a Casino Royale re watch, and this is the scene where bond’s putting in the numbers ok ok. Here’s the first number:

It was slightly shittly timed but he hits the “8″ first. Makes sense, given that we know the password is “Vesper” (8-3-7-7-3-7)

Second number:

Again, bad timing on my part, but I’m trying, ok? This was coming off the “3″ second.

Third number:

You can’t really see it here, (it took me a while to catch on at full speed, so I slowed it down) but it looks like he hits the “6″. Now, if I know the alphabet on the keypad correctly, “s” is actually on the “7″, right? So that means he entered in either and “m”, “n” or “o”. Bond what are you up to?

Fourth number:

Ha that one was better timed! you can clearly see him hit “5″. So hold up, that’s two numbers different from the original “837737″ that he’s supposedly entered in.

Fifth number:

Slightly worse timing wise, but having seen this 1 second scene over the last 5 minutes, I can confidently say that he’s hit the “4″ instead of the “3″ as expected. And finally, sixth number:

yea he’s hitting the “7″... WIERD. So basically, he’s punched in “836547″ which is NOT Vesper’s name. So when he’s giving the password “VESPER” over to Vesper later in the movie, shouldn’t it not work? I mean idk this might just be a fuck up on Craig’s part that no one caught but that’s kinda weird that the password that didn’t even work went through unless the director just didn’t care idk man that’s just what I noticed feel free to ignore this
