(1) Beginning the Bond legacy (1/7/2025)
Today I am starting a new legacy challenge with store worlds! The worlds bundle was on sale recently and I've never played the store worlds before, so I decided it was finally time to explore some new stuff!
The Matriarch
Helena Bond, the only daughter of moderately wealthy parents from a small suburban town, has always felt the immense pressure of living up to her parent's expectations. However, when she felt her heart call for the kitchen, she feared her parents would react poorly when she confessed she did not want to take over the family business. Luckily, they embraced her passions with open arms and funded her culinary education. She decided to move to Monte Vista, a picturesque town best known for its fine cuisine.
Though timid and at times, focused on her ambitions to a fault, Helena should not be underestimated. Will she be able to master the art of cooking while starting a family of her own?
The First Days in Monte Vista
Helena's first few days in Monte Vista were relatively uneventful. Such days are welcome due to her introverted nature. She began her job at the restaurant and even secured a promotion through working hard to get her skills up. During her first day off, she took in the sights of the town, visiting the town center and the cafe.
I'm excited to play this save! I spent a big chunk of my day figuring out Reshade and it all paid off. My game looks fantastic. I really adore Helena as a character and she's gorgeous. I imagine that she is really shy and loves to spend time on her own reading romance while she's not working on her cooking skill. Once she is more steady in her career she may start dating around the town!
