One of the things we love about Harry is the way he remembers names. To do that, he has to learn the names first which isn't always easy for him. Over the years, he's honed his craft, knowing when to remove his earpiece, when to say "heh?", and when to guess something completely bizarre. We're confident he enjoys the game of figuring out fans' names almost as much as he enjoys the resultant conversation.
