Him in the epilogue is so important to me you guys. like him not being recovered from his trauma 20 years later is so important for his arc actually. Because you cannot see everything that poor boy went through and expect him to stay chipper and cheery. He is Not Okay. And it makes so much sense that he got distant from the other teens. cuz he never felt as close to them as they felt to him and each other. I can totally imagine that after these events he slowly depression isolates himself and his sister is the main one who's there for him and they hang out all the time and he goes and helps earth and has an on and off kinda unhealthy thing with hermie. like he totally doesn't stay super close to teen high after graduating that kid is so gone after everything he's gone through.

ok a couple thoughts I have from dndads s3 episode one!!

god I love all the PCs already. I think Kelsey is my favorite bc I need more mid-sized - fat characters pleaseeee. and also she's 5'10''!!! like a built tall woman we love to see it. Also everyone keeps calling it old woman Yuri and they're not even old they're like middle aged at most. BUT OH MY GOD THE SAPPHICS ARE WINNING!!! I adore Trudy I think she's my second fav she's so silly!! I wish she didn't hate on Timmy tho I love him. probs next is Francis. I saw someone say they loved him and the only way he could be improved is by being canonically gay and having less said about his masturbation practices and... yeah me too! I also am of that opinion!! He will shoot up my list if those two happen. Tony makes me a little uncomfortable honestly bc substance abuse and hit a child and shot a gun into his neighbors window and stuff but I see the vision. he's a silly guy!

I am already loving the setting a lot and I think the new play system works really well for what they want to do! I think them being in the 50s is so funny because it gives them so many opportunities to make fun of the past and how things were (like with the cigarettes or all the feminism jokes beth is making)

I'm really interested in where the lore of all the cryptid stuff is gonna go. Mothman my beloved lesgooo. I hope mothman is being controlled by the kids or just likes shiny things or smt and is just a fun guy they can befriend like dood.

just a thought. Septimus turned down his apprenticeship to Marcia pretty solidly the first time she asked. Like do you ever think that she still brings that up as a joke during his apprenticeship?
