S'mores Fudge Bars are a rich dessert that combines the traditional flavors of s'mores into a portable and mouthwatering bar. Whether it's a summertime bonfire or a cosy winter's evening by the fireplace, these bars are ideal for every occasion.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for topping.
Instructions: Grease a 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking pan and preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Melted butter and graham cracker crumbs should be combined in a mixing bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking pan that has been prepared. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. This is how the fudge layer is made. After smooth, remove from heat. Over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan, pour the fudge layer. Over the fudge layer, evenly distribute 1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows. Top the marshmallows with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers and chopped milk chocolate. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven, then quickly top with the remaining 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for approximately half an hour, and then chill for a minimum of two hours or until fully set.
