Fatphobia is when you get a PCOS diagnosis and the doctor literally says “one of the major symptoms is weight gain, so try to lose weight to avoid that”. No tips for how to do that if I wanted to, no reasons provided that I should, just “you’re likely to gain weight, so don’t”. Like the possibility of weight gain was evil in and of itself.
