nice one i think i've found myself a bontempi! the plan is to try remove the fan and place it in an external box attached by a length of hose in order to reduce the mechanical noise. i also want to check the tuning/pitch somehow because i've read they purposefully weren't set to A=440Hz in order to exploit some tax loophole about musical instruments but that sounds like an old wives tale to me
