Suwako Moriya's 「諏訪大戦 ~ 土着神話 vs 中央神話」 "Suwa War ~ Native Myth vs Central Myth" survival spellcard from Mountain of Faith.
Tewi Inaba's spellcard background from Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Shoot the Bullet has a frog with the same pose as the one from Suwako Moriya's dress.
In Mountain of Faith, midboss Hina explodes if you deplete her lifebar, but runs away if you timeout the spellcard.
Midboss Nitori remains on screen and has few dialogue lines if you deplete her healthbar, but runs away and doesn't have any dialogue if you timeout the spellcard.
Momiji flies away as a crow if you deplete her healthbar, but if you timeout the attack she will fly away in her regular form. Also, around 4 seconds left on the timer, stage enemies start appearing on screen, similarly to Shizuha's nonspell on Easy and Normal.
Midboss Sanae will simply fly away regardless if you deplete her lifebar or timeout the spellcard and midboss Kanako will instead explode in both situations.
Please check /post/723580420284923904/ for details about Shizuha's attacks.

Timeouting or defeating Shizuha's attacks in Mountain of Faith
In Mountain of Faith, Shizuha Aki has a nonspell+spell on Hard and Lunatic, but only a nonspell divided in two on Easy and Normal.
On Easy and Normal, the change between the nonspell phases occurs only if you shoot Shizuha. The start of the second phase corresponds to another point on the healthbar than the start of the spellcard on Hard and Lunatic. On Hard and Lunatic, the nonspell has only one phase and if you timeout it, you will face the spellcard.
If you timeout the first phase of the nonspell on Easy and Normal you will never get to the second phase. Around 6 seconds left, stage fairies will start to appear. You can shoot the first phase in order to reach the second phase and then timeout that one and you will encounter a similar behaviour. Around 12 seconds left, stage fairies will start to appear. Once the timer reaches 0 in both situations, Shizuha will simply leave the screen.
However, if you shoot the second phase of the spellcard, Shizuha will explode. On Hard and Lunatic, Shizuha will also explode when the healthbar is depleted and leave when you timeout the spellcard. No stage fairies appear while timeouting the spellcard on these difficulties.
In the extra stage of Mountain of Faith, one of Sanae’s textures from her spellcard background appears during Kanako’s midboss fight.
During the nonspell, it overlays the regular stage background and during the spellcards it replaces one of Kanako’s textures. As you can see, stage 6 spellcard background has a different texture which is moving upwards.
In Mountain of Faith, Shizuha, Momiji and Sanae have their name shown during the midboss fight, but Hina and Nitori don't.
