In Imperishable Night, the Last Word portrait of Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Youmu and Alice is a mirrored version of their bomb portrait, with little differences such as an overlayed texture in Reimu's and Marisa's cases and red eyes in Youmu's case.
Yukari has a completely different portrait during her Last Word. Remilia's and Yuyuko's portraits are the same in the Last Word spellcards as in their bombs, not even mirrored.
Reisen's and Eirin's themes in Imperishable Night do not have a fullstop at the end of their names in the Music Room, but have during gameplay.

In Imperishable Night it is possible to have the title screen song show up as questionmarks if you set the audio to OFF in the Option menu and then delete/rename your current score.dat file.
