It's stormy and u desperately need shelter bc ur a mortal and you see this big warm looking manor so you go to knock on the door to ask for hospitality

and this mysterious looking redhead answers the door, and after a gentlemanly exchange he allows you to spend the night

once you're inside you meet his flirty younger brother kaeya, who tells you the redhead's name is diluc

however they keep the fact they are of vampire lineage from you. for safety reasons

your guest room is one of the most extravagant rooms you've ever seen, but something of this ordeal feels off, but you can't put your finger on it.

i feel like diluc would be the type to completely hate having to drink blood to survive,, he wants to be like a normal mortal and hang around them but he doesn't want to accidentally hurt anyone. i feel like kaeya would be the one to show you around but imagine getting closer to them as time goes by?? and especially diluc becomes kinder to you?? i feel like they would definitely get soft spots for you and esp protective of you in case of other vampires and et cetera.

literally that feels so real?? after losing his father and kaeya in some way it's hard for him to get attached or feel for someone else, or he already has his eyes on someone else but doesn't want to hurt your feelings :(

I HEARD YOU LIKE DILUC? LEMME GIVE YOU SOME BRAINROT I HAVE OF HIM IN RETURN (fluff. i cannot write angst HAHA):

diluc kisses your nose and/or your forehead to wake you up as the sun rises. whether you are a morning person or not, he wants to spend as many moments with you as he can (it might be because he feels like a bad thing could happen any moment, considering the loss of his father. he wants to be with you for as long as he can before any of you can leave the world.) he drags you out to the balcony and as you rub your eyes from tiredness, he admires you and the sunrise at the same time. he's very much thankful you are still here with him to this day

a scenario that has been in my head for a while: you outdoors in the rain with no umbrella or shelter, worried because diluc hasn't come home and you don't want to think anything bad has happened. eventually you see him walking towards your shared home from a distance and when he notices your drenched figure he starts running towards you.

when he's right in front of you the both of you are thinking two different things: diluc is concerned yet flushed by the way you still stayed outside in the harsh weather and you are thinking about how hot he looks with wet hair.

if you get a cold the next day he does NOT leave your side. he feels guilty and feels like it's his fault, even as you repeatedly tell him it's not. however, he doesn't care if you're sick, he's still holding you and laying right beside you on your bed.

diluc instinctively kabedons you a lot throughout your relationship and doesn't even realize it half the time. sometime he gets flustered after remembering his arms caging you between him and the wall and sometimes he's confused on why your whole figure freezes up. UGHHHHHHHHHHH
