Book 33 of the 50 book challenge. Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid. So I decided to read this because I started watching the series and wanted to know what happens. I really enjoyed getting Ilya and Shane’s perspectives. I loved reading about them falling in love and you also meet Scott Hunter again, plus a few other main characters from the other books, which I appreciated. Meeting at 17 and slowly falling in love over time was so fun. I highly recommend it, if you like romance or the tv show or hockey or all 3.

I just finished The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende and added it to my 2018 Read list. It was a really interesting experience for me, reading this book. I didn’t find myself a huge fan of the structure, and yet somehow I was still reeled in and eager to keep reading. The second half of the book clinched my eagerness for the book, each page fascinating me. It was really a great read. I thought I was going to walk away having been fascinated by the book but not having particularly been a huge fan, but no. I really liked it!

ANOTHER book with a school dance??? Only this one is filled with Tobias’s anxiety :(

Book 33 of the 50 book challenge. Star Wars: Queen’s Hope by E.K. Johnston. This is the third in the Queen Amidala trilogy, set after the Attack of the Clones. It’s in Padme, and Sabe’s perspectives while Padme goes on a mission and Sabe assumes her place in the senate. She also finds out about Padme marrying Anakin. I really enjoyed the book and the trilogy as a whole.
