Book Bound { Jun x Jungkook}

The rain pattered down on his bedroom window, the patter nearly drowning out his thoughts, but not quite. His sigh fogged the window, and with that, he sat up on his bed. Jungkook had a love/hate relationship with the rain – It was so relaxing to watch and listen to, but it also meant not being able to go outside without being soaked.

He sat on his bed for a few minutes, internally debating. On one hand, he could stay inside where it was warm and dry but also boring. On the other hand, he could head out to the nearby shops, but that would mean getting wet. He struggled with it for a minute more before eventually grabbing his coat from the end of his bed. Shoving it on, he sighed again. The walls felt like they were coming down on him.

As Jungkook walked through the near-empty streets, he wondered where to go. He hadn’t planned further than ‘get out of the academy’. Wandering for a while, Jungkook nearly leaped a foot in the air as a deep rumble of thunder, and a flash of lightning moved across the now very dark sky, the heavens now truly opening on his head. “Fucking great!” he hissed out loud before jumping into the nearest shop that didn’t look already full to burst, he crashed through the door, trying to shake off all the water he could as he entered, the bell announcing his arrival. Flipping down his hood and rubbing his hands together for warmth – sudden changes in weather always made his hands cold, even as a werewolf. 

Jungkook began wandering through the store, wondering if there was a book or two he could add to his growing collection – ever since he became a werewolf, reading had become a sort of escape, a way to calm his head.

One book, in particular, caught his eye – an old book wrapped in red leather. Grasping it as gently as he could, he flipped open the pages and begun to read, his back against the bookshelf, humming a tune under his breath.

cheers to now knowing that at least three popular (usually not credited) tumblr quotes are from looking for alaska by john green. uugh that book. it cut out a bit of my heart even though i didnt cry. and the weird thing is, i think i feel less emotionally attached to books if i read them in only a few days because the time im with the characrters is so much shorter. so im going to read this book again over a span of days next time. 

OH and just wait, paramount owns the book rights for the movie that was never made, but as soon as the fault in our stars comes out, everyone is going to demand all of his books be made into movies, just wait. he is going to be a another nicolas sparks. REMEMBER THIS!

i just read a bit. :'(. Hmm i dont think it was thaat obvious. There was one line on the second last page or so where the idea then hit me but i didnt really want to believe it! Ill keep you posted on my progress :P
