Sam and Bucky definitely have a book club. One started in the in-between, when Sam was searching for Bucky.
It started on his first mission looking for Bucky, maybe Brussels, taking a break at a cafe, drinking cafe au lait, a recently finished The Final Empire on the table. Someone distracted Sam; chatting with him for but a moment before he turned to see that the novel had disappeared from his side and replaced by The Fifth Season.
And there was a back and forth between them.

Their love of novels that take them to distant lands evolving with one another, adapting to what the other sends them. Their love of all that is fantasy and out in the stars building a connection between these two disparate people, tied once by a man with big dreams, now by lands neither will ever experience but love anyways.
Novels that stretched through Europe; through hidden places while working for Fury on the run and remote parts of Wakanda with goats.
Little notes scrawled on the margins, asking what the other thought about a certain section, a specific twist, the style of the writing, what the characters were like.
How the other was doing.
If they were eating.
If they were okay.
And now that they live together, in a nice apartment a few blocks away from Sarah's, their study is basically just their library. Showing off all the stepping stones that brought them to one another. The book swap that made them feel close when circumstances made it near impossible to stay by each other's sides.
It's the place in their home they love the most.
