It picks up right after maybe someday, and the story surrounds more on Maggie having a HEA and the whole group coming together and dealing with the big shift in their dynamics. I specially loved Maggies character development in this book, she is now on her own, trying to live her life to the fullest but also fighting sometimes on not giving up on herself, learning not to self sabotage, specially when she meets jake, a cardiologist and adrenaline junkie ( a very responsible one, don’t worry 😉). Ridge and Maggie are also learning to be friends and accept each other’s boundaries. And Ridge and Sydney are in new relationship, their relation is so sweet and cheesy, but it’s soo them. I liked that in the beginning things weren’t easy, it was weird and hard for all of them to deal with having each other on their lives. But I loved how everything in the end came together. I just wished there were more pranks in the book tho 🙆🏻♀️😂.
