Before this assignment, I have had some prior experience with looms. Here I have created a 6x6 inch loom with 33 warp threads. I did a simple plain weave with the frilly neon green thread, then continued the plain weave checkerboard pattern with pastel green and the warp threads visible. Once a few rows were completed I added a supplemental weft in gold floss. The symbol is the zodiac for Gemini, along with corresponding colorway that correlates to the sign. Overall this may have taken around 6 hours to complete.
