1. One movie you’d watch over and over and over…
Only one? This is nearly an unfair question because I have multiple...but if I were to whittle it down to just one, it'd probably be The Fall (with Lee Pace) or Stardust. Both have fantastical story telling elements and are so whimsically emotional with colorful characters which are an immediate win for me in regards to any story.
2. What would amortentia (love potion from HP) smell like for you?
Salt water, apples, vanilla, orange juice, old parchment, and leather
3. If you could have any celebrity fall in love with you, who would you choose?
I admire many actors but I would not want them to fall in love with me if they are already in a loving and committed relationship with a family. (Unfortunately) For me, the actors I am strongly infatuated with are all married.
4. Do you wear nail polish?
I would not regret wearing it, but on a normal basis, I don't wear nail polish.
5. How many pairs of shoes do you own? Explain the oldest pair.
I have around 10 pairs of shoes that I wear on a regular basis. My oldest pair of them are grey converse shoes which I like wearing for casual occasions. They are comfy and decent for long distance and brisk movement.
I don't have a mouse anymore. So, the trackpad. However, I have no qualms about using the mouse. I'm impartial to both, but the trackpad is sometimes glitchy for me.
7. Can you read upside down?
I used to do that regularly for fun when I was little, but I don't nowadays. Unless you mean if I read while my entire body is turned upside down? Because that happens sometimes too.
8. If your hair was long enough to donate, would you cut it all off?
Yes. I'm not terribly attached to my hair, and would not regret cutting it really short if need be. Especially if it is for a good cause!
Both...? Ugh. It really depends on how I feel. My notes range from being in pencil and pen, but I think I probably lean towards the pen with it's elegant permanence. I don't regret mistakes, and keep moving on.
10. When did you decide to try your now favourite activity?
I would have to say that drawing is my favorite activity. Though reading is also fantastic. And playing video games.
Oh what the hell, I'll go into all of them.
For drawing, I started drawing when I was inspired by my mother. She was going through her old drawings that she did when she was a young teen and they looked so pretty to me! I started drawing then and during 5th grade, one of my friends acted as the go between to sell some of my crayon drawings to other kids. I sold them for a dollar at the most and I'd give her a percentage and we'd spend it on things at the vending machine. And ice cream. Good times.
For reading, when I was little, I actually didn't speak or read English. During kindergarten, I would take an English speaking course and learned how to read- eventually I got into other books, though I think the first book that really inspired me to read on my own time was Gail Carson Levine! Ella Enchanted was the first book I read for fun and it was amazing.
For video games, around Elementary school, my cousin gave me an old gameboy color because she was getting a new console. At first, I was disinterested, but one day when i was bored, I decided to try it out. It was Yellow Version for Pokemon, and I easily got addicted. I would hide the Gameboy in my shelf whenever my parents came to check on me "working".
11. What would your last meal be?
Comfort food. Though it would be hard to determine, I think I would want to eat Korean barbeque with all the pickled side, a salad with onions, lettuce and sesame dressing, a cup of jasmine tea, milk tea boba, and to finish off with coconut ice cream (with no flakes).
