One last engraving from this book, a night scene. This book comes to us with a provenance: until coming to Notre Dame, the book was housed at Nostell Priory, in the possession of the Winn family, who employed Robert Adam to design additional wings to the priory, one of which was completed. Adam also designed buildings on the estate, including the stable block. This book is beautiful.
