New TBR Idea!!
Oh BookTube. You gorgeously, beautiful entity. You help us lowly BookTubers in so many ways...
I was looking through October TBR videos like you do in the beginning of the month and I came across one from Misty from BookRatMisty (<- That's the link to her channel). She does something called "The Next Five Books." Instead of doing a monthly TBR where you pick a bunch of books to read and possibly won't get through all (or none in some cases) of them she picks out 5 books. Just 5 books. She read those books, reviews them (especially if they're requested) and then picks another 5 books. She could pick them anytime during the month. It could take her however long she needs to read them.
This is a flipping BRILLIANT idea!!
It's such a simple little thing but once you see it it's like the shelves of your TBR Shelf part!
Okay that's a bit dramatic but seriously I absolutely love this idea!! I've already started utilizing it and it's amazing how calm I've become about my reading pile.
