Can you recommend a few good books for understanding programming and ritual abuse?

Ritual abuse is discussed in various books that tackle the whole topic of dissociative identity disorder, but for information specifically covering the topic of ritual abuse, I would recommend Ritual Abuse- What it Is, Why It Happens, and How to Help, by Margaret Smith.  Oz has written a book entitled Chainless Slaves that provides information regarding programming.  I will include the link below.~Josha
