I am so lucky to be with you and having you around really brightens up my day. I keep saying it but you really are great for being so supportive and joining me when I went to Japan. Days I can’t spend with you are bad days and when I wake up without you by my side I just want to turn around and fall asleep again. I just realized I always want to turn around and fall asleep again, but saying that won’t look very cool and poetic so you can just skip this sentence when reading the letter and continue to believe I am great at writing letters and all sweet and romantic. I try, I really do. Where were I? Oh yes- you’re really amazing and I wanted to thank you for being a very important part of my life.

I really don’t know what to write. I believe actions speak louder than words and even though I could write down I love you a lot (I really do. Even more than a lot) I would rather show that to you. Oh, and a while ago I wrote a silly poem for you:

they say human beings instinctively look for faces in everything they see

but, quite honestly, the only face I’m searching for is

Dear girlfriend’s brother,

Minseok is what you are called right? It’s weird writing a letter to someone I never met in person, I know. We should meet up soon, if you would like that. If you don’t, that’s fine also. God I am being awkward. I just wanted to say that I really, really like your little sister. I will be good to her sister and that I hope you don’t have a problem with me dating her.
