Looking at you Neil 😋
"It hurts, but I can bear it. Because I am a doll, and a servant. Because I am a pretty thing and a soldier, all the same."
Genya is a very powerful character, she had to go through so much pain... I feel so helpless knowing how she had to endure all the abuse from such a young age all by herself.
(Please tell me I wasn't the only one who read "The Tailor" and cried when reading about Genya and Tatiana😭)
Currently reading this series...
Long story short: Buy people (me) books. It's the easiest way to make them (me) happy :)
Clinically tested and proven. Applicable worldwide.
•"The best thing about reading a lot is that you can see beyond the people who don't read."
•“Lo mejor de leer mucho es que podes ver más alla de la gente que no lee."
When Bibliophiles talk about books, some people think that they are just bragging about their hobby...But it is not likethat. This "reading"thing can be as simple as listening songs, painting, sketching or any other hobby;on the other hand "reading"can be as deep as analysing oneself, having a productive me-time, selecting a little world of one's own choice and then living in that world forever;not forgetting everyone else but keeping in mind that there is a place called "book"which will be ones escape when one wants to discover a passage of solace and passion...Books can be one's best buddies(I mean it)...and I am sure every Bibliophile will have similar opinions about books or may be their thoughts can be even more deep than mine...Just want to add on many, many books to my collection...🤞🏻
I have literally gone through 25 books this year. My tbr list is still huge though
Who said happiness is free? You got to pay for this stuff, dude!
