To cook this extremely #yummicious meal of Paneer&Soyabean Chilly what you have to do is,
*Firstly, marinate Soyabeans(boiled in hot water for few minutes)and Few cubes of Cottage cheese(Paneer) into ginger-garlic -chilly paste,spices of your choices,soy,chilly sauce,Schezwan sauce,a table spoon of All purpose flour and cornflour.Keep these marinated chunks for atleast 10 minutes aside,so that they can soak the flavours.
*For gravy,heat the oil into a wolk on full flame,sauté ginger,garlic paste on high flame.Later,
add chopped onions,capsicums,carrots,tomatoes, cabbage to it.Dont let them overcook,keep them crispy otherwise you won't be able to feel that crunchiness of veggies...
*Add few spoons of soy,Schezwan sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce and any spices of your choices in the sauce...Mix them well.
*Once the chunks look nicely marinated,
Heat the oil and fry the chunks until they are nicely Crunchy and Brown.
*Add these fried chunks into the Gravy and toss them well.
*Now,if you want you can enjoy this dry soya-chilli as it as.But if you want that sauciness-mix two teaspoons of Cournflour in to a bowl of water,mix it well.
Once this paste of Corn starch is ready add this paste into the Wolk of dry soyabean and let it cook nicely.
