I want to do a fun little thing this year where every day this month before Eurovision's Grand Final, I'll post a National Final song that didn't make it to the contest this year. Because my goodness, it's been WILD and there were so many songs this year that deserve attention.
Today's song is BTW by Boosta, from San Marino Song Contest! This song is an odd one even for San Marino (they brought us Loco Boombox with In Forma last year, for crying out loud), as it's a completely instrumental piece with a highly experimental vibe. You can't even enter Eurovision with a song without lyrics. That didn't matter to San Marino's jury. He placed fifth in a field of 20. And honestly? Based.
