Let's go Starship!
Yesterday's IFT-2 launch was awesome! I was shaking in joy all the way, as I watched the gigantic 40-story tall Starship stack lift off and fly up to the heavens!
Despite the rapid unscheduled disassembly of Booster 9, and the loss of Ship 25, the mission was a success. Ignition up to stage separation went without any problems, and it was great seeing all 33 Raptor engines burning properly. Definately an improvement from IFT-1 a few months ago. Not only that, SpaceX also to proved that hot-staging is possible for the Starship system!
Lots of valuable data were gathered from yesterday and there is no doubt the information they got will be used to make sure that the next launch, IFT-3, will become more successful. Can't wait to see that!
