As time goes go… 20 years ago, Tocotronic were founded in Hamburg, probably one of the most influential german indie rock bands. With lyrics both awkward and poignant. Somehow they gracefully managed to transform their twentysomething observations into the world of middle-aged men with greying hair.

They just released their 10th album Wie wir leben wollen. It’s good.

Moritz Krämer's album "Wir können nix dafür" has gradually and steadily grown on me and has eventually become my favorite german album in 2012.

His warm sound and his slight mumbling just fit nicely together.

As some earlier posts revealed I went to a festival with a strange name in august, the BootBooHook in Hanover, Germany.

Now they released a video about the 2012 edition that makes the festival look very cool and sexy. But as a matter of fact it actually was.
