Filling up my grappling dummy tonight.
I need it to practice the throws and pins I'm learning in the Judo class I've been taking lately. Also, I just bought an inflatable punching bag from Amazon Prime. I can't wait to fill it up with air and start beating the shit out of it. Maybe breaking a serious sweat in the process.
The last inflatable bop bag I had didn't last very long so I hope this time my mileage is better.
Anyways, back to work. (Filling the dummy, that is.)
