I may be projecting a little bit here, but I think B would probably be a swimmer in his free time. Especially post leg injury, since it's a low impact exercise that could help him stay fit. Sometimes it's nice to just float and think for a bit, too. And its a bit of exposure therapy, getting him comfortable with the water after kinda sorta killing a guy in a submarine. (In his mind, it's him getting rid of any sort of weakness.)
Agent B is a cat person. I think he needs a little guy to curl up on his chest and purr softly and make him feel better. He deserves it.
He probably smokes a fair bit. It's a bit awkward, what with the mirrored helmet of the director, but I think he probably would turn to cigars (feels fancier than cigarettes) to try and take the edge off everything. He's uh. Going through it. Perpetually. Probably drinks a bit more than he should, too.
On a lighter note, I think B probably would have a big soft spot for romance novels. Probably more in his cadet years, before the mega jaded arc, but I think he's the type of guy to have some cheesy romance and start kicking his feet when the lover interests finally kiss. Currently, probably reads nonfiction (like strategy and history and whatnot) books to stay ahead of the game, but sometimes nonfiction books are too many words and he'll read cozy fantasies. Especially to fall asleep too- One earbud out to listen for dangers, one earbud in playing stories.
Based on the personal logs in Bordergrams, I'm gonna say B is actually rather big on journaling. Probably started when he was a cadet and now he just keeps doing it. There's a lot going on his head he needs to get out somehow. Leading into that, I think he's aware, to some extent, of how he does need help. But who does he even ask, now, after everything? How does he begin piecing himself back together?
I think he'd be a great chef tbh. Probably very good at baking too- He'd make really good brownies especially. The Association seems like the type of group to have potluck nights and he's the type of guy to bring the entree or dessert that everyone is talking about and trying to make sure they get a taste of.
Ty really gives me the vibes of someone who gets really into hiking. Several day long backpacking trips up through the mountains or woods, somehow never really getting tired, appreciating all of nature and thinks waking up at dawn for a sunrise hike is a fantastic idea. Alongside that, probably knows the names of all constellations and lots of plant names.
In that vein, I'm gonna say he's a morning person in general. if I had a nickel for every vibes and stardust type character I made a morning person I'd have two nickels. But he's the type of guy to like watching the sunrise and do, like, yoga or whatever to wake up.
I'm gonna say he has multiple tattoos, and a lot of them were designed by his friends/people in the Association. He'll get bored, want a new one, and ask if anyone's good at drawing and wants to try doing a flower or a star or a dove or anything like that. He's designed a few, sure, but a lot of them are from friends and he likes it that way. (Namely, I think he would have a drawn a dreamcatcher at some point. He fully believes in them. Probably gave one to B at some point.)
Since we have Ripley's signature jasmine scent, I'm gonna say he like using sandalwood soap. Or patchouli. Man smells like those hippie vitamin or crystal stores and would work in one if he wasn't leading the association.
Considering she and B had their rendevous at a casino, I think she'd be pretty good at card games. In contrast to B being a terrible liar, she's got a very good poker face. And good strategy. Unfortunately, probably gets wayyy too competitive at game night. Do not invite her to Monopoly.
Idk when I'll get the bandwidth to draw her, so I'm gonna list out some stuff I think about her appearance! I think she'd have a shorter haircut, like maybe pixie or an undercut or smth, and probably ear piercings that she doesn't wear earrings in anymore in case they got caught in anything. Very pretty eyes- Maybe blue? And either blonde or black hair methinks. Either rather pale or rather tanned.
You know how I said B gave me cat person vibes? Ripley is probably a dog person. Favorite breeds are probably a lab or a german shepherd.
This is very random, but I feel like Ripley would probably really enjoy spicy food and wouldn't bat an eye at the heat. She goes to a restaurant and asks for them to make it as spicy as they can. Hot sauce on just about everything. It just doesn't even register after a while. B's got pretty good tolerance, but she can outspice him. (the competition wasn't a good idea. But the bragging rights were worth it.)
I think she'd have a secret love for action movies, no matter how cheesy. All the James Bonds, the Ocean's movies, Terminator, etc. Would have a few of the posters up in her room and know a lot of trivia about them. More than happy to have date night watching a movie together. She's also got pretty good recommendations, too.
