Alright, so! I’ve been experimenting to find something stimmy enough to keep me from chewing on the inside of my lips/cheeks/etc. (Not to mention my poor nails that are basically nonexistent.) But I wanted something discreet, and most of the chewelry that I like the designs of are too bulky for my style.

Then I remembered a hair band I found a long time ago - turns out that it’s perfect for my chewing style. It’s small enough to be a ring or go in a pocket, and for you folks with small wrists, a bracelet.

They’re silicon, no slip ponytail holders. I’m sure there are other brands, but Scünci is the main one that pops up online. They’re more squishy and flexible than some of the chewelry that I’ve seen, but they’re pretty tough too. There is (of course) a choking hazard, given the tiny size, but other than that it’s great!

Hopefully this has given someone out there an alternative to nibbling on your fleshy bits. LoL
